Graphene oxide quantum dots (GOQDs) have been widely used to prepare nanofiltration membranes due the merits of excellent dispersity, ultrasmall size, and unique properties related graphene. In this study, we first prepared polyethersulphone-based (PES-NF) membrane via an interfacial polymerization process using a piperazine

Identifying pollution sources and measuring their impact is essential for protecting groundwater. Groundwater in the Guanzhong region were identified using positive matrix decomposition (PMF) model, contributions quantified. The spatial distribution of socio-economic factors (population, GDP, fertilizer use, farmland, livestock) was analyzed. Redundancy correlation analyses used to assess land use on groundwater quality. results showed that primary physicochemical constituents exceeding standard limits were, descending order, NO3−, Na+, TDS, F−, SO42−, Cl−, most polluted areas found eastern southern parts study area. Land can have diverse impacts Five main responsible quality deterioration comprehensively identified, i.e., agricultural nonpoint sources, domestic from urban rural development, natural release fluorine stratigraphic minerals as well coal mine storage combustion, industrial discharges, water-rock reactions. Natural discharges are major causes degradation area, which followed by reactions, agriculture, pollution.

The availability of groundwater is essential for agriculture, households, and industry. Concerns about its sustainability have been raised due to depletion pollution in various parts China. To address this, a life cycle assessment (LCA) the most suitable approach implementing integrated resources. This research aimed investigate LCA China by analyzing economic, environmental, social based on papers conducted between 1999 2022, providing insights into current state suggesting sustainable measures safeguarding resources specific regions industries study indicates that sector-wise should be taken ensure protection Intercropping drip irrigation systems can effective methods protecting agricultural sector. New power plants constructed water-rich southern regions, long-term water-saving implemented China's coal mining All water regional supply system reduce dependence groundwater. Furthermore, more needed all elements development provinces consume high amounts but limited storage capacity. These recommendations helpful policymakers promoting

Nitrate is among the most widely occurring contaminants in groundwater on a global scale, posing serious threat to drinking water supplies. With advancement of urbanization and mountainous agriculture, nitrate Wanzhou District Three Gorges Reservoir Area has formed complex combination pollution sources. To more accurately identify sources groundwater, this study integrates hydrochemical methods environmental isotope techniques analyze transformation processes shallow under different land-use types. Furthermore, Bayesian mixing model (MixSAIR) employed calculate contribution rates various The results indicate that primary form inorganic nitrogen within area, with concentrations cultivated generally higher than those construction land forest land. process predominantly nitrification, little no denitrification observed. In mainly originates from chemical fertilizers (36.3%), sewage manure (35.4%), soil organic (24.7%); forested areas, primarily comes atmospheric precipitation (35.3%), (31.3%), (22.1%); while constructed derives (46.0%) (32.2%). These establish scientific foundation for formulating control management strategies region serve as reference identifying regions comparable hydrogeological features profiles.
