Abstract
Global
climate
change
is
increasing
the
frequency
and
duration
of
random
environmental
variations,
placing
wastewater
treatment
plants
(WWTPs)
under
dual
pressures
to
remove
pollutants
control
carbon
emissions.
This
study
introduces
a
novel
Coupling
Coordination
Degree
(CCD)
index
time-series
generation
model
evaluate
synergy
between
these
objectives
analyze
impact
influent
stochasticity
on
performance,
stability,
resilience
various
processes.

stochastic
conditions,
