Abstract Agricultural activities are one of the important sources water pollution in small agricultural watersheds. It is great significance to understand current status quality and non-point source watersheds, estimate their load, explore pollutant reduction methods for sustainable environment management protection. In this paper, watershed Mudong River Huixian Wetland was taken as study area, monitoring indicators were dynamically simulated by WASP model. Combined with preparation nano-titanium dioxide films photocatalytic degradation experiments, each river section systematically evaluated. Then, based on simulation results, load into estimated, which provided a scheme field pollutants The results showed that model effective simulating upper typical karst area. inverted loads indicator. Moreover, it calculated rates ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) (31%, 9.91%, 2.18%), total (TN) (24.59%, 21.95%, 10.58%), phosphorus (TP) (26.64%, 29.39%, 25.15%), dichromate oxidizability (CODcr) (46.46%, 13.39%, 0.99%), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) (37.67%, 31.04%, 23.09%) at 24, 12, 6 h reaction, respectively. short, method will improve if material promoted outdoor use.

Investigating the urban heat island (UHI) effect across different seasons can reveal impact of seasonal temperature changes on environment, improve living standard, and develop feasible measures to mitigate UHI effects. In study, land surface (LST) summer winter was quantitatively retrieved in a megacity (Shenzhen city) during 2013-2023. Through standard deviation ellipse, profile analysis GeoDetector model, this study systematically analyzed spatial-temporal evolution characteristics driving factors thermal environment winter. The results showed that LST initially decreased then increased from 2013 2023, while consistently increased. During area decreased, whereas green land, wetland, natural open water were lower than cropland, unvegetated artificial surface, demonstrating vegetation had mitigating UHI. Land cover type interactions with normalized difference built-up index (summer) PM2.5 (winter) have most significant influence This could provide scientific references for rational planning sustainable development.
