In the ever-competitive telecommunications landscape, acquiring new customers hinges on identifying their precise locations. This study investigates how Pakistan's leading provider, PTCL, employed an innovative geo-marketing approach to pinpoint optimal locations for customer service centers in Islamabad. The integrates advanced GIS-based spatial analysis with statistical techniques, such as geographically weighted regression (GWR), achieving adjusted R2 of over 0.75 predicting potential density. Unique this work is incorporation multidimensional datasets, including demographic, economic, and competitive factors, coupled tailored site selection criteria optimize accessibility, visibility, resource allocation. By leveraging novel approach, PTCL enhanced targeting efficiency strategic decision-making, gaining a stronger market position. highlights transformative data-driven emerging markets, providing actionable insights companies aiming acquisition strategies.

Objective Heavy metals are present in many environmental pollutants, and have cumulative effects on the human body, which can lead to several diseases, including osteoporosis (OP). However, limited information was known about correlation between OP heavy metals, especially postmenopausal women. The current research aimed explore association bone mineral density (BMD) with risk among women US. Methods This cross-sectional study enrolled participants NHANES 2013–2014 2017–2020. ICP–MS applied detect five namely, Pb, Cd, Hg, Se Mn, blood. BMD measured through DXA then converted T-scores. At same time, impacts of exposure single mixed were assessed using multivariable logistic regression, WQS, BKMR models. relationship examined based age BMI. Results Totally 905 for final analysis. Among them, 161 (17.80%) had OP. Logistic regression indicated that, Cd [OR (95% CI): 1.815 (1.076, 3.061) 2.180 (1.309, 3.631), separately, P trend = 0.006] 0.570 (0.356, 0.914), 0.454 (0.276, 0.747) 0.689 (0.433, 1.097), 0.071] related adjusted model 1. Similar results 1 obtained by rest Multivariate linear analysis suggested that subjects who greatest quartile level (Q4) exhibited lower within entire femur ( β −0.112, 0.007; 0.003) compared those Q1. WQS correlated positively increased risk, whereas inversely associated. In analysis, significantly subgroup Cd's impact most pronounced 50–60 year 25–30 kg/m 2 BMI subgroups, offered protection older higher groups. Conclusion is first determine US large data. showed metal concentration may an Blood associated blood served as predicting factor More investigations warranted demonstrate our findings elucidate underlying biological mechanism.
