At the Yangtze River estuary, Chongming Dongtan International Important Wetland is a typical estuary wetland. It an essential habitat for international migratory birds. The of birds in this area changes rapidly. ecological corridor important means to maintain stability watershed ecosystem and enhance sustainability watershed. has significant demonstration implications preservation biodiversity restoration functions wetlands with value. In study, rare white-headed crane distributed was taken as research object, land use change recent ten years obtained by ENVI ArcGIS10.8 software. sources population were screened using morphological spatial pattern analysis (MSPA) landscape connectivity.
