La partecipazione dei lavoratori e delle comunità coinvolte è stata identificata come elemento chiave nei processi di Transizione Giusta. Inoltre, la letteratura degli Environmental Labour Studies ha indagato alcune condizioni contestuali i motivi per cui sindacati a volte si oppongono o ritardano le transizioni ecologiche, altre supportano con un ruolo trasformativo. Questo articolo analizza caso transizione energetica dal carbone in Italia una forte "dal basso", centrale elettrica Enel Torrevaldaliga Nord (Civitavecchia) sotto il controllo Enel, giocato rilievo protagonismo sindacale. Il contributo cerca far luce sui attraverso quali sviluppato questo protagonismo, tale da costruire negoziazione sociale nel territorio Istituzioni nella direzione Giusta, grazie all'apporto essenziale due fattori precipui ? valorizzazione della cooperazione esperti saperi eterogenei, coalizione tra organizzazioni ambientaliste focalizzandosi particolar modo su anno snodo centrale, 2019. saggio rappresenta work progress, presentando alcuni risultati prima fase ricerca sul campo che permesso raccogliere 33 interviste semi-strutturate.
