This study analyzes Turkey’s development toward a green economy between 1990 and 2022 within the framework of certain economic indicators. The data consist secondary from official databases World Bank Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT). In study, total amount carbon emissions was chosen as an indicator growth, while gross domestic product per capita (GDP) represents loans granted by banks to private sector (as percentage GDP) foreign direct investment represent financial development, electricity generation pollution. To determine whether variables are cointegrated direction strength relationship variables, ARDL bounds test FMOLS DOLS long-run estimators were used. Finally, Toda Yamamoto (TY)–Granger tests performed causality. long-term confirmed results test. error correction coefficient (CointEq(−1)) estimated be statistically significant negative (−0.757) when short-term analysis performed. result shows that imbalances will corrected in less than year, system approach equilibrium. model, all selected explain dependent variable found have impact on variable. GDP variable, has effect other independent positive effect. causality indicate (CO2) unidirectional with credit provided (DC), which production (EP), serves pollutants.

The purpose of this article is the identification circular economy implementation models characteristic Polish electric power industry based on scope and degree progress activities included in companies’ sustainability reports. A comprehensive four-level model was used study, it completed through an assessment CE projects implemented companies. level undertaken companies analysed are relatively similar, which makes possible to determine industry. Companies engaged 2 13 defined areas, energy efficiency environmental improvements, and, average, 4 further ones (industrial waste recycling, dematerialisation, renewables, industrial symbiosis), means that they focus mainly I partially II. Activities at levels III IV currently omitted or not advanced.
