Abstract The incidence of breast cancer is increasing among young women, who are at higher risk aggressive cancer-related deaths. Lifestyle factors, especially diet, known to be changeable factors that can affect development. This review focuses on the published literature connecting dietary advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and cancer, particularly in adolescent adult (AYA) population. To support our analysis, we collected synthesized data from sources such as PubMed, SEER database, American Association Food Nutrition Guidelines, World Health Organization publications within last 15 years. As the prognosis for adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with breast cancer has improved, long-term health-related quality of life (HRQoL) become increasingly important.
