This article provides a comprehensive analysis of Jordan’s energy transition, integrating regulatory, infrastructural, and social aspects to advance the nation’s journey toward achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in clean energy, innovation, infrastructure. Utilizing regression data from 447 households, this study defines interdependence policy infrastructure solar adoption, identifying tariff structures as primary influencer. The current net metering policy, which limits compensation 80% exported results lengthy payback periods, contrasting with Morocco’s successful 100% feed-in model its shorter period. comparative perspective, examining Morocco, Egypt, UAE, identifies effective renewable strategies. Those underline study’s global relevance, promoting equitable access infrastructural modernization. article’s practical dimension is another major asset. Beyond diagnosing challenges such deficiencies battery storage urban–rural disparities subsidy access, authors propose concrete reforms like licensing simplification, indexing, development. That dual academic applied value positions crucial resource for shaping Jordanian aiding other developing nations their pursuits. By filling research gap, quantitatively assesses interaction between regulatory infrastructure, are often separately studied, while use random sampling enhances validity statistical inferences. Overall, contributes significantly broader discourse on transitions within MENA region beyond, aligning technology, equity support sustainable efforts.

Abstract In modern technology and systems modeling, electric energy forecasting is extremely vital in gaining effective application of policies. This model formulated after a thorough study the power load conditions Ghana as well factors that affect domestic electricity demand supply Country was conducted. Ghana, LEAP (Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning) forecast officially applied for projection which comes with errors. Thus, there exists crucial need to develop best policies formulation consequent minimization overall error compared model. Results from quantitative classical multiplicative decomposition comparatively precise reduced margin between − 5–4.5% an existing prediction viz., 1% -11%. By virtue proposed study, accurate loads, improvement utilization electrical equipment, economies scale reduction production cost can be attained. It also essential optimize system resources attainment conservation emissions.
