Abstract Novel electromagnetic (EM) materials with adjustable EM properties are anticipated to fulfill the requirements of electronic communication, national defense, and aerospace fields. In this study, functional Ti 3 C 2 T x @Ni composite powders Ni content were successfully prepared using a facile electroless plating strategy. The parameters can be regulated by controlling in powders. As increases, values real imaginary parts complex permittivity @ y Ni/wax (y = 10 ~ 80) 2-18 GHz show trend initially decreasing then increasing. permeability range from 0.95 1.03 −0.10 0.07, respectively. After introducing magnetic Ni, exhibits dielectric losses on waves, having greater dissipation waves.
