Vanadium oxides are widely used for microsupercapacitors (MSCs) due to their multiple‐valence and high theoretical capacitance. A conceptually new approach of electric discharge machining (EDM) with computer‐aided control is developed one‐step fabricate Mo‐doped VO 0.2 ‐based electrodes devices designable geometry. The results demonstrate that the Mo@VO integrated interdigital MSCs (IIMSCs) narrowest electrode distance 300 μm show best capacitive performance, which furtherly manifested by field simulation. Moreover, this work concentrates on expounding relationships between EDM current, surface morphology , behavior IIMSCs. Compared current 2 3 A, 1 facilitates synthesizing smaller particles more porosity higher area thus achieving a larger capacitance value IIMSCs device, 32 mF cm −2 at mV s −1 working well up an ultrahigh scan rate 30 V obtaining good cyclic stability 88.61% after 5000 cycles. innovative opens avenue synthesis various ceramic metal microdevices such as microbatteries microsensors.
