The reliability of the "last mile" cold-chain logistics is crucial for food safety. The development of cold chain logistics for seafood plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing food safety, promoting economic progress, reducing losses, and fostering sustainable development, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency supply chain. This study conducted comprehensive investigation into primary research focuses field using literature on visualization analysis software (CiteSpace (6.2.R6), VOSviewer (1.6.20), RStudio Bibliometrix (4.4.0)). A total 1787 articles were collected further analyzed from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Web Science (WOS), Google databases over 12 years, establishing knowledge framework logistics. Abstract The efficacy of vaccine storage is significantly impacted by temperature fluctuations within the cooler, often exacerbated using phase change materials in existing cooler designs for remote areas. These can undergo uneven melting and separation, leading to instability potency loss. In response this challenge, present study introduces a novel design portable, locally‐made solar‐powered optimized longer periods. cooler's performance terms distribution, airflow dynamics, coefficient (COP) meticulously examined through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. simulated results were validated experimental data from open literature, ensuring accuracy reliability. findings indicate that developed achieves significant improvements over traditional models. For instance, current model reaches +12°C just 84 min, compared 208 as reported literature results. Moreover, −12°C 195 min it has energy efficient with COP 4.5. Statistical analysis further confirms reliability simulation results, root mean square absolute percentage errors 6.587 24.2%, respectively. Additionally, comparative five insulative highlights polyurethane (Po) top performer, heat transfer 14.3%, followed feather fiber (Fe) (18.7%), fly ash (Fl) (19.8%), fiberglass (Fi) (21.9%), coconut (Co) (25.9%).
