Crystalline solar panels are widely used in households and for public road lighting. Mono-crystalline well-known their higher efficiency long service life. However, decreases as the module temperature increases under consistent radiation conditions. To enhance power generation efficiency, effective reduction techniques necessary. This study investigates use of water aloe vera fluid cooling agents a mono-crystalline photovoltaic thermal (PVT) system. The system was designed with circulating mass flow rate 0.016 kg/s or 1 LPM (liter per minute) tested climate conditions Phnom Penh city, Cambodia. specific heat determined found to be 4236 j/kg·K. optical PVT systems using compared this paper. experiment results indicate that led 0.21% electrical cooling, due more absorption is than 32.41%.
