Renewable energy has been widely used in grid-connected and standalone hybrid renewable systems. These systems require a storage system due to the unpredictable climate inequality between produced consumed energy. In this paper, tri-level optimization method is optimize sizing management of HRES, simplify proposed problem, speed up convergence process. Horizon prediction weighting factor strategies are combined with technique find most appropriate quantity each element project best strategy. The objective function methodology aims minimize total cost improve efficiency whole system. was investigated on PV-WT battery-hydrogen different scenarios. simulation results from Matlab toolbox show that performance indicators (cost efficiency) affected by combination forecasting index. productivity improved more than 2.5% some scenarios while investment running were reduced values 49.3% 28.6%, respectively.
