This study evaluates the performance of a solar distiller‐assisted by concentrator system (SDACS) compared to controlled distiller (CSD). Analysis temperatures distillers revealed that SDACS maintained higher throughout experiment, with maximum water temperature reaching 86.3°C, 76.1°C for CSD. improved thermal retention contributed significantly hourly and accumulated outputs in SDACS, which reached 480 mL/h total accumulation 5404 mL, respectively, 192 1955 mL The also demonstrated efficiency, peaking at 180% 60% In addition, exergy efficiency was higher, 12.39% 3.32% yields much revenue than CSD due its increased output, offering short payback period approximately 4 months strong return on investment (ROI) 308%. These results highlight effectiveness design improvements improve ability convert energy into useful work, resulting overall production freshwater.
