The paper presents a simple and cost-effective way of enhancing the thermal conductivity paraffin/graphite phase change material (PCM) composite spheres manufactured by using low-cost eco-friendly method. materials were made an admixture 5-20% vol. graphite powder. manufacturing process macro-encapsulated PCM consists creating digital models, mold printing, injections. experimental data shows that have increased conductivity, from 3 to 11 times compared paraffin, are effective in cooling application electronic components where they lowered maximum temperature up 30 °C. For low-volume sphere fabrication, it was proposed injection molding 3D printed mold; results show fused deposition modeling (FDM) is efficient saving energy 30% machining. carbon emissions generated during fabrication technology found be strongly dependent on printing parameters mix used produce electrical used.
