Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate internal governance mechanisms factors, focusing on Shari’ah -based that affect the price synchronicity Islamic banks (IBs). Design/methodology/approach This analyzes and compares effect regular stock over 2013–2022 using a sample 51 listed IBs in 13 countries Middle East South Asia region. Using generalized least square method, paper tests nine hypotheses addressing mechanisms. Findings findings generally reveal have significant impact IBs. main determinants among are SSB size, diversity, members’ qualifications finance jurisprudence interlocks. plays detrimental role improving association between bank transparency. Research limitations/implications includes three limitations may accuracy findings. First, relied publicly available financial statements online. Hence, data from few each country, which limits analysis given reliance best-performing country. Second, results restricted not be other regions. Third, dominated by (i.e. 37 out 51). Practical implications Both an transparency Policymakers or regulators could encourage embed SSBs into their structure for positive attributes Originality/value research studies IBs, unlike most works focus firms.

Purpose To overcome the limitations of traditional multi-attribute decision making (MADM) methods, which only provide deterministic rankings objects, this paper proposes a novel 3WD model. This model presents three-parameter interval grey number decision-theoretic rough sets (TPIGNDTRSs), aiming to offer reasoned interpretation loss functions in environments and ensure objective assessment conditional probabilities. Design/methodology/approach Firstly, equivalence relation is replaced with probabilistic dominance (PDR), categorizing objects into two state DTRS for more Secondly, as (TPIGN) introduces most probable value on basis two-parameter number, it provides comprehensive method describing information. Consequently, integrating TPIGN refines interpretations environments. Finally, by utilizing main sorting techniques, relative kernel degree accuracy ranking possibility ranking, types rules TPIGNDTRSs, are constructed. Findings study has successfully developed validated new The was tested distinct domains: evaluating innovation efficiency high-tech enterprises recommending movies practical case. findings reveal that can effectively integrate relevant information enterprises, government enterprise-level assessments, gather consumer preferences recommend suitable movies. Research limitations/implications treats function but overlooks nature evaluation values, limiting its applicability. Additionally, model’s reliance subjective expert judgments historical data establish may affect objectivity. implications research overcomes MADM limitations, enhancing decision-making quality complex scenarios. successful application illustrates dual both theory practice. Originality/value Initially, proposed significant importance development field, addresses challenges uncertain unknown probabilities Moreover, problems, broken through bottlenecks offering perspectives strategies solving issues. Therefore, not advances theoretical also powerful tools applications.

Primary education plays an important role in the whole educational structure. The prediction of development scale primary schools is great significance to optimal allocation resources by departments. paper introduces a novel multi-scale fractional-order Bernoulli grey model combining local cumulative operator with global operator, abbreviated as MFGM. First, nonlinear based on conformable fractional derivative proposed, where hybrid accumulation presented. Then, MFGM parameters are obtained PSO optimizer, which adaptive data sets. Finally, proposed validated and used predict school scale. Experimental results show that superior other models machine learning fitting testing contribute decision-making sectors.
