The circular Pythagorean fuzzy (Cir-PyF) sets (Cir-PyFs) not only contain the membership and non-membership grades, but also have radius around circle of each element. Cir-PyFSs can cope with many real-life problems. In this paper, we consider Hamacher t-norm t-conorm operational laws for any two Cir-PyF numbers (Cir-PyFNs) describe their exceptional cases such as algebraic Einstein laws. Furthermore, averaging (Cir-PyFHA) operator, ordered (Cir-PyFHOA) geometric (Cir-PyFHG) (Cir-PyFHOG) operator are proposed. Some properties above operators discussed in detail. Circular intuitionistic fuzzy sets (CIFS) are a recent extension of (IFS) that can handle imprecise membership values effectively. However, its representation is limited to the space under interpretation triangle (IFIT). To address this, new generalization CIFS called circular q-rung orthopair (Cq-ROFS) proposed, extending IFIT cover larger imprecision. Several relations and operations, including algebraic operations for Cq-ROFS proposed. In addition, modal operators their properties then investigated.
