Abstract In the realm of biometric authentication systems, challenge optimal selection underlies necessity for a sophisticated decision-making framework capable handling inherent uncertainty and complexity. This paper introduces an advanced Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methodology that leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) principles, contained within realms Complex Circular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set (C-CIFS) Dombi Aggregation (DA) Operators. By synthesizing C-CIFS with operators, we propose novel aggregation approach characterized by its capability to properly navigate through aggregate complicated criteria associated systems. Our method, Weighted Average (C-CIFDWA) Geometric (C-CIFDWG) operators are designed enhance decision accuracy effectively managing nuances circular intuitionistic fuzzy information. Through series comparative studies, including exploration radius complex term impacts, our findings illustrate superior performance flexibility proposed against traditional models. The implementation AI-based not only paves way more secure reliable systems but also sets new standard processes in uncertain imprecise environments.

This study's major purpose is to highlight circular spherical fuzzy sets, that happens be a prolongation of sets. The primary this research demonstrate the basic operations and theorems structures (C-SFS), which give an effective way for dealing with data ambiguity. Aggregation operators (AOs) play significant role in decision-making, particularly situations where conflicting interests need taken into account. Sugeno-Weber (SW) t-conorm t-norm are employed C-SFS operating rules. study describes detail fundamental criteria utilizing SW t-norms t-conorms, as well their crucial features. Furthermore, presents fully investigates two novel operators, Sugeno Weber weighted averaging (C-SFSWWA) geometric (C-SFSWWG), distinct applications desired properties. A approach based on C-SFSWWA C-SFSWWG suggested address multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) problems C-SF information. numerical example shows how may used adapt programming language social media platform analytics, followed by comparison its advantages. advised successful, according investigation authenticity study. In reality, recommended aggregation quite useful decision analysis.

The circular Pythagorean fuzzy (Cir-PyF) sets (Cir-PyFs) not only contain the membership and non-membership grades, but also have radius around circle of each element. Cir-PyFSs can cope with many real-life problems. In this paper, we consider Hamacher t-norm t-conorm operational laws for any two Cir-PyF numbers (Cir-PyFNs) describe their exceptional cases such as algebraic Einstein laws. Furthermore, averaging (Cir-PyFHA) operator, ordered (Cir-PyFHOA) geometric (Cir-PyFHG) (Cir-PyFHOG) operator are proposed. Some properties above operators discussed in detail. Moreover, to select simplest best procedure evaluating source gold mines, illustrate application multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) technique based on derived operators. Finally, demonstrate some examples comparing proposed existing methods expand attraction way.

Circular intuitionistic fuzzy sets (CIFS) are a recent extension of (IFS) that can handle imprecise membership values effectively. However, its representation is limited to the space under interpretation triangle (IFIT). To address this, new generalization CIFS called circular q-rung orthopair (Cq-ROFS) proposed, extending IFIT cover larger imprecision. Several relations and operations, including algebraic operations for Cq-ROFS proposed. In addition, modal operators their properties then investigated.
