This paper introduces an advanced observer-based control strategy designed for fractional multi-agent systems operating in hostile environments. We take into account the dynamic nature of agents with nonlinear delayed dynamics and consider external disturbances affecting system. The manuscript presents improved observation-based approach tailored fractional-order functioning challenging conditions. also establish various applicable conditions governing creation observers disturbance compensation controllers using Razmikhin technique, signed graph theory, matrix transformation. Furthermore, our investigation includes on switching networks by employing a typical Lyapunov function approach. Finally, effectiveness proposed is demonstrated through analysis two simulation examples.

Abstract The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, China’s oldest and most crucial water transportation project, ensures smooth operation efficient through interconnected engineering facilities. Studying the connections among facilities of Canal is theoretically practically significant for preserving innovating canal heritage. Therefore, this study utilizes social network analysis to comprehensively examine spatial status along across different channel structure. Gephi 0.10.1 was utilized in construct a relational with each facility considered as node. By applying indices such degree, closeness centrality, betweenness correlation between thoroughly investigated. study’s findings reveal that: (1) possesses numerous overall nodes extensive coverage; however, its density relatively low, inter-node connection weak. (2) Across entire network, distribution degree centrality exhibits clustered pattern. Their patterns are centered on Lake region section where Hongze located segment from Liucheng Zhenjiang region, River transport confluence section, Nature river respectively. characteristics show dispersed shape, stronger areas mainly concentrated canal’s tributaries, especially which shows more prominence. (3) Analyzed structure perspective, sections assume distinct linking roles within network. Facilities play strongest linkage role, partly due highest node proportion. Conversely, primarily serve transshipment direct functions, whereas they act intermediaries or “bridges”. Notably, control pivotal driving their respective sections, warranting special attention protection critical nodes.
