This article aims to introduce new aggregation operators (AOs) by assigning the positive real values known as priority degree among strict levels. To Develop complex T-spherical fuzzy (TSF) frank prioritized (CTSFFP) AOs, using t-norm (FTN) and t-conorm (FTCN) operational laws, also explain sum, product, power operations under TSF information. The set framework has a superior structure for uncertain data handling than an existing intuitionistic (FS), Pythagorean FS (PyFS), q-rung orthopair (q-ROFS), picture (PFS), spherical (SFS). Because of most generalized form IFS, PyFS, q-ROFS, PFS, SFS, it provides greater freedom decision experts information where these discussed sets fail aggregate ambiguous details. Utilizing idea degree, proposed AOs called CTSFFP weighted averaging (CTSFFPWA), ordered (CTSFFPOWA), hybrid (CTSFFPHWA), geometric (CTSFFPWG), (CTSFFPOWG), (CTSFFPHWG) operators. Some desirable properties such idempotency, monotonicity, boundedness, are discussed. show importance real-life problem multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) is solved with help developed CTSFFPWA CTSFFPWG enhance AOs' superiority, compare diagnosed theory give conclusions.

Parcel lockers have emerged as an effective solution to address inefficiencies in last-mile delivery. However, the selection of appropriate location plays a crucial role ensuring optimal service and enhanced logistic performance. To this challenge, work aims define best for parcel capital Ireland, Dublin by conducting novel decision-making model. The Spherical Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (SF-AHP) has been adopted deal with uncertainty decision maker preferences, while Euclidean Distance-Based Aggregation Method (EDBAM) conducted aggregate makers preferences. proposed integrated model is applicable approach elude AHP deterministic disadvantages, moreover, it first application SF-AHP EDBAM select lockers' location. findings, including identification top three locations, namely "Post office," "On commercial area," "High population density along their respective weight scores, provide valuable insights policymakers making strategic decisions regarding locker placements city.

With the advancement of material and spiritual aspects society, alongside improvements in economic, political, technological, educational systems, continuing education for primary secondary school teachers has developed rapidly. Evaluating quality programs is a complex task that falls under category multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Recently, methods like Exponential TODIM (ExpTODIM) grey relational analysis (GRA) have been used to address such challenges, providing effective tools handling decisions involving criteria. This manuscript proposes novel method, probabilistic linguistic ExpTODIM-GRA (PL-ExpTODIM-GRA) approach, tackle MAGDM problems PLTSs. By combining advantages ExpTODIM GRA, this method provides robust framework evaluating teachers. To validate proposed numerical case study presented, demonstrating its application real-world evaluations teacher programs.

The Environmental Impact Evaluation (EIE) of petrochemical construction projects is a critical process to evaluate potential environmental effects caused by project activities. EIE inherently complex multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problem due the need balance these diverse factors. To address this complexity, study applies triangular fuzzy neutrosophic number cross-entropy (TFNN-CE) approach, which operates within framework sets (TFNSs). TFNSs provide robust mathematical tool handle uncertainty and imprecision, are often present in processes related design. demonstrate TFNN-CE numerical example presented. highlights how method outperforms other techniques terms providing nuanced, reliable, adaptable evaluation framework. results showcase approach's ability guide decision-makers assessing impact projects.
