Purpose This paper proposes a multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) method that considers the trust relationships among experts and level of consensus in to help enterprises select suitable low-carbon logistics service providers achieve their sustainable development goals. Design/methodology/approach In this paper, decision information is represented by interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs) (TRs) between are expressed using two-tuple linguistic terms. Considering TRs experts, we developed propagation operator supplement incomplete experts. Moreover, constructed model adjust preferences decision-makers. Finally, improved CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) employed determine weights criteria Measurement Alternatives Ranking according Compromise Solution (MARCOS) used for ranking (LCLSPs). Findings Current research on selection often overlooks two critical aspects: degree within expert group. study addresses these gaps incorporating both factors into framework, thereby significantly improving accuracy outcomes. Furthermore, through comparative analysis, proposed demonstrates enhanced acceptability results, attributable integration consensus-building process. Originality/value The MCGDM constructs an consensus-reaching model, addressing current gap neglects impact providers.

Purpose The selection of alliance partners occurs in a highly uncertain environment, characterized by the uncertainty related to parties themselves and ambiguities evaluation criteria weights. Moreover, it is crucial fully consider psychological expectations involved partner process. authors focus on problem selection, considering decision makers (DMs) under information. Design/methodology/approach Interval grey numbers (IGNs) provide an effective solution this problem. Firstly, incorporate into decision-making framework utilize IGNs represent expectation information universities enterprises. Then, employ cumulative prospect theory (CPT) construct value matrices for enterprises solve two-sided matching (TSM) model with objectives minimizing losses maximizing number pairs. Findings Through comparison, evident that proposed method effectively incorporates DMs, addresses challenges cooperative improves both satisfaction stability outcomes. By integrating involved, scheme achieves level 0.99, comparatively high robustness. Originality/value In paper, propose novel uncertainty, based expectations. are used aligning real-world ambiguity. CPT then applied calculate gains loss aversion determine weights values. Furthermore, TSM enhance stability. Additionally, validated through real-case scenario compared another method.
