ABSTRACT The main objective of this study is to develop a non‐fragile saturation controller for fractional‐order (FO) permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) and utilize fuzzy quantized mechanism. To end, first, control introduced into the non‐linear PMSG model improve convergence rate beyond existing integer‐order techniques. Next, converted linear sub‐models using Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) method. Utilizing refined sector conditions, we conduct theoretical analysis Mittag‐Leffler (M‐L) stabilization resultant closed‐loop systems. This employs certain inequality techniques applied M‐L function FO Lyapunov theory. Moreover, based on polytopic representation approach, sufficient conditions ensuring are established by system. Furthermore, have devised two separate convex optimization approaches effectively reduce actuator costs expand admissible initial region (AIR). Finally, method proposed in demonstrates superiority efficiency derived results.
