Optimizing the use of resources is a key aspect organizational management. Various methods have been developed and applied to optimize different variables, including sequencing that aim minimize work time. This paper presents an integrated approach for optimizing operations, considering indicators such as usage time, completion waiting delivery delay, flow A multi-criteria optimization method with weighted aggregation was used, employing either exhaustive search or heuristic algorithm nested loops, in which multiple possible combinations operational sequences were evaluated, several their respective weights. The application methodology press validated its effectiveness, providing managers information prioritize according needs, whether resource minimizing times delays. resulted 95.3% improvement level utilization; 79.3% reduction average time; 90.5% machine 90.9% decrease product delay. results show prioritizing objective function leads balanced all indicators, improving efficiency reducing study contributes body knowledge on production scheduling by offering novel manufacturing settings. can be adapted variety industries offers flexibility align specific interests each organization.
