In the past, it has been reported that black South African population may have a cardio-protective lipid profile; however, this no longer be case with urbanization, industrialization, and nutritional transition occurred in Africa. Although these transitions low rural areas, one would expect influence to lower populations; they are not immune changes. Hence, present study aimed determine association of serum profiles ratios kidney dysfunction.
