Abstract In terms of biocompatibility, environmental friendliness, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, green nanoparticle (NP) synthesis is a modern area nanotechnology that performs better than physical chemical methods. The utilization endophytic Penicillium oxalicum for the biogenesis silica nanoparticles goal current work. structural optical properties fungal produced were investigated utilizing transmission electron microscopy (TEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), x ray diffraction (XRD) dynamic light scattering (DLS). All parameters their interactions found to have significant effect on crystallite size, according results. average diameter size biosynthesized SiO 2 -NPs was ranged between 20 -50 nm. 28.7 nm, crystalline nature confirmed by XRD, characterization A surface plasmon resonance spectrum obtained at 280 Under UV light, Ribazol black b Crystal violet dyes photocatalytically degraded nanoparticles. highest decolorization percentage 94.1% ± 1.2% 85.1% 0.93%, respectively after 90 120 min, both crystal incubation 50.0 mg mL ─1 Furthermore, successfully used more once biodegradation regarded as its efficacy. Silica remove Co, Pb, Cd, Zn with percentages 99.9% 1.2%, 1.3%, 99.4% 1.4%, respectively. phytotoxicity test using Zea mays L seed which root length increases (28 0.35) (21 0.51) cm, when subjected tothe treated CV Ribazole effluent... conclusion, biosynthesize -NPs, showed, phytotoxicity, heavy metal bioremediation, photocatalytic activity against dye.
