Background: Effective supply chain management (SCM) is widely considered vital for enhancing business sustainability, yet empirical evidence across industries and contexts remains limited. This paper aims to address this gap by presenting findings specific a particular industry, size, economic setting. Methods: The data are collected from small- medium-sized water bottling companies in Ethiopia utilizing Likert scale questionnaire analyzed using SPPS version 29 multi-variable regression analysis. Purpose This study aims to investigate the direct and indirect effects of smart technologies on sustainability Palestinian SMEs in healthcare industry by using supply chain flexibility agility as mediators. Design/methodology/approach A cross-sectional design was adopted gather data from target population, which is limited all employees, managers owners responsible for activities chain. The purposive sampling procedure employed this study. Findings result indicates that both (SCF) (SCA) serve mediators (ST) corporate (CS) industry. While SCA does not mediate effect ST CS, SCF mediates effect. Moreover, results confirm has a SCF, CS whereas no CS. Future studies should consider extending conceptual model incorporate manufacturing SMEs. Additionally, recommends incorporating other constructs would support subsequent assessments countries with different values, beliefs, norms expectations, may also be investigated empirically at research sites. Purpose: The dynamic relationship between the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, green supply chain practices (GSCP), organizational culture and sustainability performance is researched, focus on emerging markets context. It explains how these variables influence each other in pursuit within organizations during digital transformation.
