Antibiotics are a great blessing for humanity, and they have saved millions of human lives. Antimicrobials enabled humans to produce animal-based foods that free pathogens. However, antibiotics also number weaknesses. The use antimicrobials in livestock production can adverse consequences the natural environment. aim this study is evaluate applicability manure from turkeys administered monensin (M), enrofloxacin (E), doxycycline (D) as soil fertilizer determine impact these on physicochemical, microbiological, biochemical properties pot experiment. following treatments were established: unfertilized (S), fertilized with turkey (C), containing only M E (ME), M, E, D (MED). experimental plant was Zea mays. demonstrated application all three (MED) did not inhibit growth mays, lead changes physicochemical soil, disrupt abundance or diversity culturable microorganisms, despite fact identified both mays roots. cultivation contributed transfer presence maize detected above-ground parts. Monensin samples. tested induced significant index quality microbiome non-culturable bacteria fungi at phylum genus levels. These results indicate should be used caution avoid permanent soil.
