Nanomaterial‐loaded microneedles are a novel development in the fields of medicine and vaccines. Researchers have created extremely effective systems for targeted controlled delivery variety bioactive agents by fusing nanomaterials with microneedle platforms. The design manufacturing processes nanomaterial‐loaded covered herein, along applications to improve drug stability, bioavailability, patient adherence. Important preclinical clinical studies that demonstrate efficiency these delivering small molecules, biologics, vaccines also review. In order direct ongoing research expedite translation this promising technology, important challenges future directions identified. This review offers thorough evaluation most recent developments quickly developing field technology.
