In recent years, numerous reports have been published regarding the relationship between gut microbiota and tumor immune microenvironment (TIME). However, to date, no systematic study has conducted on TIME using bibliometric methods. To describe current global research status correlation TIME, identify most influential countries, institutions, researchers, hotspots related this topic. We searched for all literature from January 1, 2014, May 28, 2024, in Web of Science Core Collection database. then a analysis created visual maps authors, keywords, references, etc., CiteSpace (6.2R6), VOSviewer (1.6.20), bibliometrics (based R 4.3.2). total, 491 documents were included, with rapid increase number publications starting 2019. The country highest was China, followed by United States. Germany citations literature. From centrality perspective, States influence field. institutions Shanghai Jiao Tong University Zhejiang University. institution National Cancer Institute. Among Professor Giorgio Trinchieri Institutes Health local impact cited author Fan XZ. results journal showed that top three journals papers Frontiers Immunology, Cancers, Oncology. frequently used keywords microbiota, microenvironment, immunotherapy. This systematically elaborates progress over past decade. Research indicate rapidly increased since 2019, including "gut microbiota", "tumor microenvironment" "immunotherapy". Exploring effects specific or derived metabolites behavior cells regulating secretion molecules, influencing immunotherapy are future directions.
