Abstract In this study, two different concentrations of matrix certified reference materials (CRMs) were produced for the accurate measurement aflatoxin M1(AFM1) in milk powder((GBW(E) 100552, GBW(E) 100553)). The raw material was obtained by feeding cows with positive drugs. homogeneity, stability and characterization CRMs examined liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry isotope-labeled internal standard method. value low concentration AFM1 powder 2.45 µg/kg an uncertainty 0.43 (coverage factor k = 2, at 95% confidence). high 3.45 expanded 0.49 addition, samples evaluated detail long-term -80°C 6 months, short-term 4°C 7 days. results showed that stable under above conditions.

Multiple and ultrasensitive detection of pathogenic bacteria is critical but remains a challenge. Here, we introduce digital assay for multiplexed target DNA amplification-free using botryoidal-like fluorescent polystyrene dots (PS-dots), which were first prepared through the hybridization reaction between primer exchange chains nanospheres that encapsulated polymer signal preamplification. The bacteria's was cleavaged by argonaute (Ago) protein-mediated multiple precise cleavage reactions, where obtained sequences bridged magnetic beads (MBs) PS-dots via reaction, MB-botryoidal PS-dot complexes utilized as probes based on colors sizes encoding. An artificial-intelligence-fluorescent microsphere counting algorithm applied to identify count MBs readout. This combined ultrabright with

Avian leukemia is an infectious tumorous disease of chickens caused by subgroup A the avian virus (ALV-A), which mainly causes long-term viremia, slow growth, immune suppression, decreased production performance, multi-tissue tumors, and even death. The infection rate this very high in chicken herds China, causing huge economic losses to poultry industry every year. We successfully expressed specific antigen protein ALV (P27) through recombinant technology screened a pair highly sensitive monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) mouse immunity, cell fusion, antibody pairing. Based on antibodies, we established dual sandwich ELISA gold nanoparticle immunochromatographic strip (AuNP-ICS) detection method. In addition, parameters AuNP-ICS were optimized under different reaction conditions, resulted minimum limits 0.2 ng mL
