Garlic polysaccharide (GP) is an inulin-type fructan with potent antioxidant activity, whereas its health-promoting functions are not well explored. In the current study, we established a fatigue model by forcing mice to swim in water tank for at least one hour every day. We measured changes body weight, exhaustive swimming time, and biochemical indices related weight-bearing fed low (1.25 g/kg-BW) high doses (2.5 of GP daily gavage 7 weeks. The soluble was extracted from industrial garlic wastes using patented method. results indicate that improved symptoms increasing duration swimming, restoring blood markers (BUN BLA), liver muscle glycogen reserves fatigued mice. also increased enzyme activity (SOD, GSH-Px, CAT) restored ATPase activating AMPK/PGC-1α pathway. Additionally, modified gut microbiota potentially beneficial bacteria decreasing harmful bacteria. increase Bacteroidota decrease Firmicutes phyla regulate metabolism short-chain fatty acids gut. conclusion, may be effective alleviating exercise-induced through multiple mechanisms can developed into health anti-fatigue supplements.

This study elucidated the mechanisms underlying immunoregulatory and gut-microbiota-modulating effects of Flammulina velutipes residue polysaccharide (FVRP) using cyclophosphamide (CTX)-induced mouse models. FVRP supplementation alleviated CTX-induced intestinal damage boosted antioxidant enzyme activity cytokine secretion. Additionally, enhanced diversity total species richness gut microbiota, promoting proliferation beneficial bacteria (e.g., Prevotellaceae), while reducing abundance CTX-derived (Lachnospiraceae Rikenellaceae). facilitates accumulation short-chain fatty acids. Untargeted metabolomic analyses cecal content revealed that treatment notably restored levels 32 endogenous metabolites altered by CTX. Based on a pseudosterility mice model, fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), filtrate (FFT), associated were demonstrated to play crucial role in immunomodulatory protective against injury. In conclusion, exhibits significant potential as an immune enhancer natural therapeutic agent for alleviating inflammatory conditions.

Abstract The stability and nutritional integrity of emulsions are susceptible to various factors including thermal treatment, solid–liquid ratio, sterilization. In this study, the physicochemical immunomodulatory activities an oil‐in‐water emulsion containing immune peptides (TUFSE) were assessed through particle size, zeta potential, related cytokines, so on. When temperature was 70°C a ratio 1:4, revealed at high‐pressure homogenization, with small size. loss rates vitamins 8.57%–62.26% in 6 months 25°C. After treatment cyclophosphamide (CTX), lymphocyte proliferation activity TUFSE‐H group increased ( p < 0.05), globulin levels notably elevated 0.05) TUFSE groups compared model group.
