Abstract Tea polyphenol (TP) is used as a food additive to inhibit lipid peroxidation reactions and extend shelf life, but excessive intake can affect the human immune system. Therefore, developing effective TP detection significant. Here, pyrene‐based polyimide (Py‐PI) was synthesized by one‐step condensation copolymerization. This possessed excellent solubility photoluminescence due introduction of pyrene‐conjugated groups. It could be fluorescent probe for in solution. In addition, Py‐PI test paper with different morphology were prepared electrospinning. As concentration spinning solution 15 wt%, bead‐like porous polymer electrospun membrane displayed surface wettability which make water droplet completely penetrate into sample within 6 min. The fluorescence enhancement phenomenon observed 5 × 10 −6 mg/mL on paper. Furthermore, interference investigation pH indicated that exhibited relatively stable “turn‐on” response acidic conditions. work provides convenient rapid antioxidant future.
