The nutraceutical potential of seed oils and cakes Adansonia digitata, Grewia tenax, Thespesia garckeana was evaluated by determining their chemical profile examining antioxidant enzyme inhibitory properties. Recently, there has been significant consumer demand for traditional tomato varieties due to their favourable organoleptic qualities; however, the cultivation of these ancient is becoming more restricted inadequate shelf life and low productivity. The “Pisanello” a Tuscany variety mainly cultivated in provinces Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, main producers this are small local farmers. purpose work was, firstly, study range quality parameters landrace grown using different techniques, both soil soilless systems. For purpose, physicochemical Pisanello tomatoes six farms methods were investigated. Secondly, techniques (rockwool aeroponics) soil-grown (Pisanello Goldmar F1) evaluated from nutraceutical points view. sensory profile evaluation all types under investigation was carried out. aeroponic induced higher qualities than those rockwool (+34% titratable acidity +18% total soluble solids). Abstract Ajuga orientalis , a perennial herb from the Lamiaceae family, is traditionally used in Jordanian folk medicine for its therapeutic properties. This study evaluates phytochemical profile, cytotoxicity, drug‐likeness, and molecular docking of methanolic extract A. to explore potential as source novel agents. GC‐MS analysis identified 21 compounds, including oleic acid methyl ester (27.1%) palmitic (12.5%). The demonstrated significant concentration‐dependent cytotoxicity against RAW264.7 macrophage cells, with an IC 50 91.5 µg/mL. Molecular studies revealed fundamental interactions phytochemicals cancer‐related proteins, VEGFR2 TLR4/MD‐2, showing strong binding affinities. Notably, 1,7‐di(2,5‐dimethylphenyl)‐2,2,4,4,6,6‐hexamethyl‐1,3,5,7‐tetraoxa‐2,4,6‐trisilaheptane 2TBDMS derivative 4‐hydroxybenzeneacetic exhibited promising interactions, indicating inhibiting angiogenesis modulating immune responses.
