Background Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignancies in female reproductive system. Honey has a range medical properties. It been shown to have anticancer properties, especially for breast, cervical, etc. cancers. Objective In our study, we aimed investigate cytotoxic, anti-migratory, and mitochondrial apoptotic pathway effects Multifloral honey on Adenocarcinoma SKOV3 cell line. Methods The MTT assay was used evaluate anti-proliferative effect HDF lines. Subsequently, differences expression genes involved apoptosis were examined using RT-qPCR Western Blot methods. Finally, migration observed under microscope. Results found that did not exhibit cytotoxic cell, but significantly suppressed proliferation, promoting apoptosis. study cells, significant decrease ratio Bax/Bcl-2 (P = 0.0043) method, while expressions Cyt-C Bad increased 0.0034 P < 0.0001, respectively). analysis confirmed ratio. wound healing results, inhibited cell. Conclusion Our results provide preliminary evidence induces death line through involvement intrinsic pathways, it demonstrates activity against human ovarian lines first time.

ABSTRACT Background Burn injury is a condition caused by heat, cold, electricity, synthetic substances, and radiation, it causes psychological physical problems in the affected individuals. Aims In this study, was aimed to investigate healing effect of spray formulation prepared using ethanol extracts Olea europaea Aloe vera leaves, Cocus nucifera fruit, Chamomilla recutita flower plants (OACC) second‐degree burn model created rats, biochemical molecular parameters. Methods Experimental groups were assigned Healthy control (HC), (BC), Silver‐Sulfadiazine (SS) OACC. A deep induced on lower back upper each rat under standard burning procedures, respectively. Experiments performed serum skin tissue samples obtained 3rd–21st days after burns created. Malondialdehyde (MDA) superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels calculated. Transforming Growth Factor Beta‐1 (Tgf‐β1), Vascular Endothelial Factor‐alfa (Vegf‐α), interleukin‐6 (Il‐6) Tumor Necrosis Alpha (Tnf‐α) mRNA expression determined real‐time polymerase chain reaction (RT‐PCR). Results AOCC reduced increased MDA related event, while increasing decreased SOD enzyme activity levels. addition, gene Tgf‐β1 Vegf‐α, which are growth factors that group, Il‐6 Tnf‐α, oxidative stress markers. Conclusions We believe our study will shed light detailed examination pathways affecting wound process future studies contribute opening new doors for treatment.

ABSTRACT Doxorubicin (DOX) is the most widely used chemotherapeutic agent to treat various tumors. DOX treatment can damage many organs, including brain, by causing oxidative stress. Several antioxidant substances lessen effects of or make defense systems work faster. Propolis (PROP) a powerful with healing effects, antioxidant, antiproliferative, and anti‐inflammatory. The point this study look at histopathological changes, apoptosis, on brain in rats. To find out what kinds phytochemicals were PROP from Karlıova region Bingöl province, ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC‐Orbitrap‐HRMS) was used. Then, we made an ethanol extract it. A total 28 healthy male Wistar albino rats, each 12 weeks old weighing between 220 250 g, included study. Rats divided into four groups: control, PROP, DOX, PROP+DOX. We applied relevant treatments determined groups. Following application, decapitated rats under appropriate conditions collected blood tissue samples. examined stress parameters samples for histopathological, biochemical, molecular analyses. levels using UHPLC‐Orbitrap‐HRMS. findings obtained showed that improved DOX‐induced damage. In addition, attenuated inflammation, ER stress,
