In recent years, there has been a growing emphasis on packaging made from biodegradable materials. These materials not only help to reduce environmental impact, but also extend the shelf life of food products, thereby contributing significant reduction in waste. order develop novel polymeric films for use as active packaging, polylactide filled with vanillic acid were prepared. Analyses conducted determine influence structural morphology and key storage properties resulting films, including water vapor resistance, mechanical properties, UV barrier opacity, antioxidant activity. The effect firmness blueberries packed without additive was evaluated. research demonstrated that incorporating into significantly enhanced Furthermore, activity contributed extending freshness stored blueberries. addition did substantially affect transparency maintaining visibility fruit.
