ABSTRACT Ramaria has been a remarkable genus throughout the history of macrofungi. However, there is lack information on this This study determined order nucleotides in mitochondrial genomes (mitogenomes) three species, followed by detailed investigation obtained genetic information. Circular mitogenomes brunnecliacina , R . ichnusensis and R. flavescens had sizes 78,960, 61,851, 81,282 bp, respectively. The exhibited variations content, gene length, tRNA, codon usage. demonstrated variable evolutionary rates across several protein‐coding genes. results revealed significant rearrangements mitogenomes, including displacement tRNA duplication. Utilizing Bayesian inference maximum likelihood methods comprehensive set conserved proteins, we generated well‐supported phylogenetic tree for Basidiomycota. analysis that brunneciacina are closely related, while confirming paraphyletic nature its affinity with other species subclass Phallomycetidae. presents basic structure understanding dynamics, makeup, taxonomy categorization fungal community.
