In
the
context
of
agricultural
sustainability
and

using
nano
pesticides
as
an
innovative
technology
represents

This
work

overview

nano-pesticides

on

Frameworks
(MOFs).
Although

research

performance,

delivery.
Moreover,

promising
candidates

improvements.
Nevertheless,

are

understood,

studies
focusing

if
envisioned

reached.

Abstract:
The
emergence
of
multidrug-resistant
bacteria
has
been
deemed
a
global
crisis
that
affects
humans
worldwide.
Novel
anti-infection
strategies
are
desperately
needed
because
the
limitations
conventional
antibiotics.
However,
increasing
gap
between
clinical
demand
and
antimicrobial
treatment
innovation,
as
well
membrane
permeability
obstacle
especially
in
gram-negative
fearfully
restrict
reformation
antibacterial
strategy.
Metal-organic
frameworks
(MOFs)
have
advantages
adjustable
apertures,
high
drug-loading
rates,
tailorable
structures,
superior
biocompatibilities,
enabling
their
utilization
drug
delivery
carriers
biotherapy
applications.
Additionally,
metal
elements
MOFs
usually
bactericidal.
This
article
provides
review
state-of-The-art
