Over the past decades, synthetic glucocorticoids (GCs) have been widely used in clinical practice and animal husbandry. Given health hazard of these toxic residues food, it is necessary to explore detailed interaction mechanisms typical GCs their main target glucocorticoid receptor (GR). Hence, this work compared GR binding agonist activities GCs. Fluorescence polarization assay showed that were potent ligands GR. Their affinities order methylprednisolone>betamethasone≈prednisolone>dexamethasone, with IC

In recent years, many societies have expressed increasing apprehension regarding the potential negative impacts of food additives, pesticides, and environmental contaminants on human health. Environmental or occupational exposure to these compounds can cause significant adverse effects health by causing temporary permanent changes in immune system. There is supporting evidence linking pesticides/food ingredients/contaminants-induced alterations prevalence diseases associated with responses. Hence, it essential comprehensively understand key mechanisms contributing dysregulation induced substances, including direct immunotoxicity, endocrine disruption, antigenicity. The impact ingredients body ranges from mild severe, depending their affinity for blood components. These form complexes serum proteins, influencing metabolism, transport, absorption, overall toxicity. Numerous studies literature explored interactions between proteins various molecules, drugs, dyes. investigations employed a range techniques, spectroscopy, electrochemical chromatographic methods as well molecular modeling dynamics simulations analyses. This review, spanning 2020 present, has been investigate binding characteristics, mechanisms, attributes different using techniques such steady-state fluorescence, circular dichroism ultra-violet spectroscopies, computational docking methods. review provides insights into compounds’ positions affinities possible through detailed research studies.
