In this work, a novel nanocomposite containing zeolitic imidazolate framework-67 decorated silica nanoparticles/graphene oxide nanosheets (ZIF-67/SiO2NPs/GONs) was synthesized and used for the fabrication of modified glassy carbon electrode individual simultaneous electrodetermination paracetamol (PAR) diclofenac (DIC) at trace levels. Structural morphological characterization were carried out using suitable techniques. The electrode; ZIF-67/SiO2NPs/GONs/GCE, exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activities toward oxidation PAR DIC than bare GCE, GONs/GCE, SiO2NPs/GONs/GCE ZIF-67/GCE. Through differential pulse voltammetry, determination conducted by ZIF-67/SiO2NPs/GONs/GCE. Under optimal conditions, it has been observed that calibration plots exhibit linearity within concentration ranges 0.5-190 0.5-200 µM (DIC), with detection limits 0.29 0.132 DIC, respectively. ZIF-67/SiO2NPs/GONs/GCE shows commendable stability, reproducibility, repeatability, proposed method is evaluated in real samples satisfactory results (recovery > 97%).

A highly sensitive sensor for paracetamol detection based on the copper and zinc doped manganese ferrite/reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode (Mn 1−x Zn x Fe 2−y Cu y O 4 /rGO/GCE) is ameliorated. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), zeta-sizer, cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy are used to examine structural, morphological, electroanalytical capability of designed sensor. Results correlated systematically copper/zinc it observed that exhibits two linear ranges as 5–9 μ mol l −1 9–200 under optimized conditions. Doped composite-modified GCE demonstrates an exceptional limit (LOD) (0.04 ) quantification (LOQ) (0.15 ). The possible effect structurally similar drugs anodic current response evaluated. By analyzing generation actual pharmaceutical samples, practical application manufactured assessed. Promising results demonstrated by GC affirm its excellent analytical performance sensing with trace-level high sensitivity.

Breast cancer has reported to affect over two million women annually and is the leading cause of death among this group. Currently, most common treatment for breast drugs like doxorubicin (DOX), despite side effects heart failure arrhythmia. Target delivery drug may prevent/reduce associated effects. In work, enhance DOX's effectiveness mitigate its adverse effects, a dual responsive nanocarrier was developed by incorporating zeolitic–imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) into gold nanoparticles/chitosan/copper sulfide (Au NPs-CS-CuS) controlled release DOX. The morphology, chemical bonding, thermal behavior, crystallinity nanocomposite were fully characterized various techniques. optimum operating factors evaluated response surface methodology (RSM) based on central composite design (CCD). values determined be 0.03 g Au-NPs-ZIF-8-CS-CuS, pH 5, time 15 min, temperature 35 °C input parameters value 99% response. Langmuir model, using non-linear regression method, provided best experimental results. in-vitro from Au-NPs-ZIF-8-CS-CuS indicated 71.29% in mimicking fluids (pH: 5.5) at 50 37.97% physiological condition 7). cell viability IC50 DOX different doses loaded MCF-7 line under near-infrared (NIR) laser irradiation. Our results significant effect 3 mg with an 150.32 μg L-1 NIR irradiation while no toxicity observed without any work indicate that thermo-responsive can promising carrier targeted cells.
