ABSTRACT This study aimed to identify the main chemical components of Moutan Cortex (MC) using Ultra‐High‐performance liquid chromatography and quadrupole time‐of‐flight (TOF) mass spectrometry explore its therapeutic targets for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome complications through network pharmacology. A total 28 compounds were identified in MC, including 7 gallic acylglucoses, 10 monoterpenoids, 6 paeonol compounds, 2 organic acids, 3 flavonoids. In addition, after rats ingested six prototype substances clearly rat plasma. Using VENNY STRING databases, 161 intersection between MC identified, key VACM‐1, PIK3R1, PIK3CA, EGFR, MAPK1, TP53, AKT1. These are involved PI3K‐AKT other signaling pathways, influencing cell survival, apoptosis, inflammatory responses. Experimental validation showed that significantly reduced blood glucose, creatinine, urea nitrogen levels model improved kidney function. Additionally, qRT‐PCR analysis demonstrated high‐dose intervention effectively decreased expression VCAM‐1 IL‐1β, both serum at mRNA level tissue, indicating potent anti‐inflammatory effects. findings suggest exerts multifaceted effects on HFRS multicomponent, multitarget, multipathway mechanisms, providing a theoretical basis clinical application.
