Soil acidification in tea (Camellia sinensis L.) gardens leads to nutrient depletion, inhibits the growth of plants, reduces quality, and activates heavy metals such as cadmium (Cd) soil. To clarify impact soil pH under acidified conditions on plant physiology key genes involved Cd2+ transport this study planted 'Longjing 43' different levels (4.0, 4.5, 5.5) Cd concentrations (T1 = 0 mg L-1, T2 0.01 T3 0.05 T4 0.2 L-1). The results showed that concentration plants from highest lowest was root > stem mature leaves young leaves. China′s ancient tea gardens boast a rich resource, and their unique environmental conditions cause quality differences. In this study, flavor components aroma compounds of fresh leaves from four Dancong (Zimao (ZMF), Baixiang (BX), Xialiao (HSK), Da′an (DAF)) at different altitudes were determined by HPLC GC–MS then correlated with elemental contents.
