Healthcare professionals frequently experience significant work overload, which often leads to substantial physical and psychological stress. This stress is closely linked increased oxidative a corresponding decline in energy levels. scoping review investigates the potential impact of dietary antioxidants food supplements conjunction with diet controlling these negative effects. Through an analysis biochemical pathways involved metabolism, paper emphasizes effectiveness targeted interventions. Key antioxidants, such as vitamins C E, polyphenols, carotenoids, are evaluated for their ability counteract enhance Additionally, assesses various supplements, including omega-3 fatty acids, coenzyme Q10, ginseng, mechanisms action enhancement. Practical guidelines incorporating energy-boost strategies into routine healthcare provided, emphasizing importance modifications reducing improving overall well-being performance high-stress environments. The concludes by suggesting directions future research validate findings explore new interventions that may further support under overload.

In this study, antineoplastic effects of a novel soy lecithin-based phytosome drug delivery system containing Barleria lupulina Lindl. extract (BLSP) was evaluated. BLSP prepared using the thin-film hydration method and analysed energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, diffraction, Zetasizer technique. Phytosomes showed mean-diameter 135 ± 0.29 nm, zeta potential −56 1.16 mV, entrapment efficiency 57.24 0.12%. The release profiles exhibited two-phase pattern with protracted sustained after first release. had cytotoxic against MCF-7 breast HeLa cervical cancers demonstrated concentration-dependent reduction reactive oxygen species mitochondrial membrane potential. caused upregulation B-cell lymphoma-2-associated-X protein, caspase-8, caspase-9, cluster differentiation-95, downregulation lymphoma-2. in vivo toxicity study safety BLSP. Lipid nanoparticles (LNs) have emerged as advanced lipid-based delivery systems, offering an effective approach for encapsulating and protecting lipid-soluble bioactive compounds, increasing their bioavailability. Solid Nanoparticles (SLNs) Nanostructured Carriers (NLCs) are particularly promising compound entrapment. However, to fully exploit potential, it is crucial carefully select the appropriate lipid matrices emulsifiers. This review offers a comprehensive, up-to-date examination, considering studies published in last 15 years, of chemical, physical, structural characteristics lipids employed LN production, focusing on key components formulations: matrices, emulsifiers, compounds. In addition, provides in-depth analysis production methods, drawing insights from latest scientific literature, emphasizes most important characterization techniques LNs. Key parameters, including particle size (PS), zeta potential (ZP), crystallinity, thermal behavior, morphology, entrapment efficiency (EE), load capacity (LC), physical stability, discussed. Ultimately, this aims identify critical factors successful stable LNs that efficiently encapsulate deliver highlighting significant applications food systems.

The potential migration of chemical compounds from plastic food packaging poses significant health risks, necessitating continuous monitoring and enhanced safety protocols. This study aimed to investigate the nine groups, including alanine, acetic acid, cyano derivatives, urea, amines, amides, benzene nitrites, non-specified compounds, across different categories. A total 195 packaged samples eleven categories were analyzed using Headspace Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) identify quantify migrants. Statistical analysis revealed differences in levels among (p < 0.05). Cheese, candies, chips exhibited highest concentrations alanine (65.95 ± 0.6384 mg/kg), acid (57.80 0.6383 derivatives (59.96 1.844 respectively, while frozen raw meat seafood showed lowest for most compounds. High nitrite certain raised particular concern due their carcinogenic toxicological effects. Regression confirmed that matrix type is a strong predictor several findings emphasize urgent need stricter regulation, improved analytical techniques, development safer materials reduce risks protect public health.
