Plant proteins are increasingly seen as critical nutrient sources for both amateur and professional athletes. The aim of the presented study was to review inventions experimental articles referring application plant-based proteins, peptides amino acids in food products dedicated sportspeople published period 2014–2023. literature search conducted according PRISMA statementsacross several key databases, including Scopus ISI Web Science. This study aimed to investigate the biochemical composition of rosehip powder and develop a recipe for dry drink mix incorporating this ingredient. This study aimed to clarify the effect of lactic acid bacteria-fermented corn protein hydrolysate (FCH) on fatigue in mice and explore connection between fatigue-related indicators intestinal microbial flora. The popularity of high-protein sports food items among athletes and the bodybuilding community has risen dramatically. This study aimed to authenticate reported per serving label content protein, fat, carbohydrate, total energy in commercially available foods Egyptian markets. A cross-sectional was performed on a forty-five samples nine products that included protein bars, cookies, vegan puffs, whey drinks, peanut butter, pancake mix, Greek yogurt.
