Dimethoate (DIM) as an organophosphorus pesticide is widely utilized especially in the cultivation of vegetables and fruits due to its killing effect on harmful insects. However, unconscious use DIM large amounts can also cause serious health problems. For these reasons, rapid reliable detection from food samples significant. In this study, a novel quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor based erbium molybdate incorporating sulfur-doped graphitic carbon nitride (EM/S-g-C3N4) molecularly imprinting polymer (MIP) was designed for apple juice samples. Firstly, EM/S-g-C3N4 nanocomposite with high purity prepared under hydrothermal conditions at temperatures over long period time. After modification QCM chip, polymerization solution including N,N′-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) initiator, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) cross-linker, methacryloylamidoglutamic acid (MAGA) monomer, analyte prepared. Then, dropped modified chip ultraviolet process applied formation DIM-imprinted polymers chip. treatment, some characterization studies, electrochemical, microscopic, spectroscopic methods, were performed illuminate surface properties sensor. The values limit quantification (LOQ) (LOD) 1.0 × 10−9 M 3.3 10−10 M, respectively. addition, selectivity, stability, reproducibility, repeatability developed observed, providing highly analysis results. Finally, thanks sensor, it may be possible detect pesticides different environmental future.

Apple (Malus domestica) is the third most produced fruit worldwide. It a well-known source of bioactive compounds mainly represented by hydroxycinnamic acids, flavan-3-ols, dihydrochalcones, dehydroascorbic acid, carotenoids, chlorogenic epicatechin, and phloridzin. Due to lack recent evaluation clinical trials associated with apple consumption, this review investigated effects on metabolic conditions related inflammation oxidative stress reviewed applications waste food products. Thirty-three studies showed that apples or its derivatives exhibit anti-inflammatory antioxidant actions, improve blood pressure, body fat, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, reduce cardiovascular risks. Apples have great economic impact due several in industry as supplement since it has impressive nutritional value.
