The composition and bioactivity of honey are influenced by its botanical, geographical, entomological origins. This study investigates the physicochemical characteristics, antioxidant capacity, antimicrobial activity stingless bee (SBH) produced three Malaysian species: Heterotrigona itama, Lophotrigona canifrons, Tetrigona binghami. moisture content ranges from 25.44% to 40.36%, while color varies light amber dark amber. fructose, glucose, sucrose contents range 5.45 16.91 g/100 g, 3.85 19.64 undetectable 2.47 respectively. Trehalulose is present at a level 15.42 43.75 with L. canifrons exhibiting highest trehalulose concentration. All samples show low 5-HMF no detectable diastase activity. T. binghami has lowest pH, electricity conductivity acidity, exhibits strongest against Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli. H. itama potential based on ABTS, FRAP, DPPH assays. Among species, contains total phenolic content. These findings provide valuable insights into unique properties SBH, supporting further research, quality assessment, development international standards.
