Climate Compatible Development (CCD), which aims to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions and promote economic growth while adjusting the effects of climate change, necessitates integrated policy approaches across several sectors. However, little attention has been given types institutional structures collaborating competing in conceptualizing CCD understanding its functioning. This paper develops applies a qualitative analysis determine compatibility national local policies multi-stakeholder roles with three dimensions (development, adaptation, mitigation) using mangrove governance case. Results indicate that currently support shifts towards CCD, especially by governments. The existence Ministry National Planning play formulating change development planning Indonesia proved beneficial for attainment. regulations showed political intervention sectoral interests were present multilevel toward CCD. Institutional challenges this context described, particularly hierarchy statutory powers Indonesia.

Local communities played an important part of thepi existence the mangrove ecosystem in Peunaga Cut ujong Village. Community perspectives on ecosystems have impact management steps local area. The purpose this study was to identify community perceptions around Ujong Village community. This research uses survey methods and in-depth interviews using a questionnaire sheet as guide. technique determining respondents through snowball sampling. Respondents totaled 35 people who were selected based area residence youth hamlet Data analysis used Likert scale. results showed that functions benefits had lowest score 858, form 916, level participation with 1246.
