Purpose: The aim of this study was to construct a reference system for preclinical evidence and drug superiority characterization the anti-inflammatory effects icariin glycosides their derivatives through meta-analysis combined with machine learning, excavate biological mechanisms behind them. Methods: data were obtained from databases PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web Science. STATA software used indicators, subgroup analysis conducted based on animal species, gender, type disease, dosage, course obtain more particulars. Furthermore, model construction performed using R explore influential features efficacy. In addition, pharmacological its in anti-inflammation summarized comprehensive understanding relevant literature. Results: After searching screeningThe results showed that significantly inhibit inflammation indicators such as TNF-α IL-1β. Besides, learning output variable had stronger when disease respiratory, urological, neurological, digestive, dose duration Icariin greater than 27.52 mg/kg/day 31.22 days, respectively. Conclusion: demonstrate strong effects, particularly urinary, digestive disorders. When given at doses or more, treatment lasting days beyond, these compounds hold significant potential drugs inhibition across multiple dis
