Driven by the digital wave, improvement of total factor productivity (TFP) enterprises has become an important indicator to measure their market competitiveness and sustainable development ability. This paper aims explore how transformation affects TFP Chinese enterprises. Through a comprehensive review existing literature, this uses PRISMA method comprehensively identify screen relevant academic journal literature published between 2004 2024, finally analyzes 186 articles. The study found that positive impact on corporate reducing operating costs, improving production efficiency, enhancing economies scale. As mediating variables, innovation performance human capital structure play role improvement. On whole, not only provides theoretical guidance practical suggestions for enterprises, but also new perspective research.

Despite the crucial contribution of logistics industry to economic development, existing research has yet comprehensively explore how integration basic and emerging business models fuels growth during transformation upgrading process. To address this gap, study utilizes provincial panel data from 30 regions covering period 2008 2022. By employing an intermediary effect model a moderation model, we aim uncover underlying mechanisms driving growth. The findings reveal that can be categorized into traditional elements, with elements forming fundamental model. This foundational serves as primary driver industry’s growth, exerting both direct indirect influences on its expansion. Moreover, level development positively moderates these effects. These insights underscore importance enhancing infrastructure fostering innovation, promoting region-specific differentiated strategies.
