Abstract Innovation is an important driving force for social and economic development, way enterprises to obtain competitive advantages in the market realize sustainable development. The article takes 960 listed Shanghai Shenzhen A-shares as research samples, utilizes threshold regression model explore impact of remuneration gap returnee executives on innovation ability enterprises. After analyzing results panel regression, it was found that there a double effect between When executives’ pay ≤2.463 times, has negative range (2.463, 4.134], positively significantly promotes enterprise’s at 1% level. higher than 4.134 performance enterprise Therefore, need set reasonable salary when introducing executives, which can not only motivate enthusiasm but also eliminate emotions employees, thus effectively promoting development ability.

The Yangtze River Delta basin is an important region for high-quality development in China. Based on the panel data of three provinces and one municipality directly under Central Government from 2019 to 2023, comprehensive evaluation index digital economy rural revitalization coupling coordination degree between them were calculated using entropy method model. results show that are highly coupled as a whole, increasing year by year, but it shows characteristics regional differences. Therefore, necessary strengthen construction. For areas region, infrastructure construction top priority. Strengthen cooperation achieve coordinated revitalization, actively promote integrated construction, policy support, balanced development, so realize China's modernization common prosperity.
