Abstract This study examines the use of dragon fruit peel (DFP) powder as a dietary supplement on growth performance, immune responses, and gene expression Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus , cultured within biofloc systems. A total 300 tilapia fingerlings (14.64 ± 0.09 g) were subjected to five treatments, with DFP added basal diet at doses 0, 20, 40, 80, 160 g kg −1 DFP. Growth immunological responses assessed after 4 8 weeks feeding, transcriptional level antioxidant‐related genes was measured weeks. Fish fed diets containing exhibited significantly greater weight gain, faster growth, enhanced levels key indicators immunity than control fish ( p < 0.05). 40 produced best result in terms response skin mucus blood serum, upregulation IL‐1 IL‐8 LBP GPx GST‐α GSR Based quadratic regression analysis, optimum concentration 80 . These findings collectively suggest that powdered may serve promising feed for raised

In this research, Cyprinus carpio juveniles were fed with experimental diets containing different levels of artichoke polyphenolic leaf extract (ALE) 0 (Control), 0.5, 1, and 2 g/kg over eight weeks. After weeks, haemato-immunological parameters, growth performance, immune parameters antioxidant defense measured. The administration varying ALE had no significant effects on compared to the control group. However, haematological significantly elevated Immune such as serum lysozyme, mucus total immunoglobulin, well alternative complement activity bactericidal ALE-treated carps, showed a notable increase in comparison CTRL Also, agglutination titer carps higher than Feeding (0.5, g/kg) enhanced activities enzymes, including superoxide dismutase all groups, catalase 0.5 glutathione peroxidase 1 results study demonstrate that dietary supplementation at 0.5–2 positively influences factors carpio, most pronounced observed g/kg. These findings suggest extract, particularly dosages, has potential an effective feed additive enhance immunity capacity carp farming.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are new gene regulators involved in various biological processes. However, the regulatory effect of lncRNA on rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) antiviral immune response has not been reported. Here, we measured profiles at 48 hpi compared to control group, expression levels lncRNA, miRNA, and gene, SARL/miR-205-z/SOCS3 functions after skin infected with infectious haematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNV) by RNA-seq, qRT-PCR, overexpression inhibition assays. Transcriptome analysis identified twelve upregulated four downregulated DElncRNAs. Twelve key immune-related competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks were identified, target genes enriched TLR, RLR, NLR, p53 signalling pathways. Expression patterns suggested that changes SARL, miR-205-z, SOCS3 presented a ceRNA relationship. Further studies demonstrated SARL was sponging miR-205-z vitro, thereby playing negative role trout. We also found positive regulator liver cell proliferation, this could be reversed SOCS3. In vivo, significantly increased antagomiR-205-z injection. Furthermore, promoted replication IHNV. This study provides fundamental data for disease resistance breeding targeted drug therapy
